GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement will be determined exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in that province.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may modify these terms at any time without prior notice to you. The updated version will be available on our website and mobile application (Platform), upon which they shall become applicable.
